BigWin PH Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Should Know

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the BigWin PH platform — whether on desktop or mobile — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and BigWin PH.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not create an account or continue using BigWin PH. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To open and maintain a BigWin PH account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of BigWin PH or its affiliated companies.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of another person.
• You are not subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order currently in effect on BigWin PH or any affiliated platform.

BigWin PH reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, including the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Every person is permitted to hold one BigWin PH account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending rewards.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID.
• A valid and personally owned mobile number and email address.
• Your date of birth, accurately reported.
• The payment account (e.g., GCash, Maya, bank account) registered in your own name that you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BigWin PH login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP with anyone — including people claiming to be BigWin PH staff. BigWin PH support will never ask for your password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility unless you have notified us immediately of a breach.

BigWin PH reserves the right to close or suspend accounts at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been registered or is being used in violation of these Terms.

BigWin PH accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as your BigWin PH account. Third-party funding — meaning deposits made from an account belonging to a different person — is not permitted and may trigger a review and temporary hold on your account while the source of funds is verified.

• Deposits are generally credited to your BigWin PH wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• BigWin PH is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network.
• Deposits in currencies other than Philippine Peso (PHP) are not accepted. All transactions are processed in PHP.
• BigWin PH does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

The minimum withdrawal amount on BigWin PH is ₱100. All withdrawal requests must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name used on your BigWin PH account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, BigWin PH may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer). This typically involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID and, where required, proof of address. This is a standard regulatory requirement and helps protect your account from unauthorised access.

• Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank via InstaPay/PESONet) generally clear on the same business day.

• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is an active bonus with pending wagering requirements on your account.

General bonus rules that apply across all BigWin PH promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment account, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonuses that expire before the requirement is met are forfeited.
• BigWin PH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in disqualification and may result in account suspension.
• Referral rewards from the Refer a Friend program are paid as real, withdrawable cash and are not subject to wagering requirements, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

All bets placed on BigWin PH — whether on PBA games, Roulette, Bingo, Virtual Sports, or any other game — are final once confirmed. BigWin PH will not reverse confirmed bets except in the following circumstances:

• A technical error caused the bet to be placed at incorrect odds or on an incorrect market.
• The event on which the bet was placed is cancelled or declared void in accordance with the applicable sports or game rules.
• There is evidence that the odds displayed were the result of an obvious error (palpable error), where the correct odds would be materially different from those accepted.

For PBA Betting, BigWin PH follows the official PBA schedule and results as announced by the league. In the event of a score amendment, postponement, or abandonment, the relevant sport-specific rules that are published on the platform will apply to determine the settlement of affected bets.

BigWin PH is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software (bots, scripts, or any tool that automates gameplay or betting decisions).
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker-style or multi-player games.
• Fraud of any kind — including unauthorised use of another person's payment account, identity theft, or providing false information during registration or verification.
• Bonus abuse — systematic exploitation of promotions through multiple accounts, coordinated group play, or other methods designed to extract bonus value outside the spirit of the offer.
• Money laundering — using BigWin PH to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds in a manner designed to obscure the origin of those funds.

BigWin PH uses automated fraud detection and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any of the above activities will have their accounts permanently closed and all associated funds may be forfeited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BigWin PH shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits or gaming winnings resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions caused by events outside our control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
